Challenging opinions

For me, the things I find most difficult about challenging the opinions of other people are:
to convince people about my point of view, because sometime I do not have enough arguments to support my opinions and  in some cases I do not know how to express my feelings in a clear way. 
I deal with this being accurate when I have to talk about something with anybody.
